Position Available:

Part Time Partnership Administrative Assistant 

 

What Are We Looking For:

Administrative professional looking for part time remote work. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 2pm EST. Ideal candidate would  posses:

• Managing team partner meeting calendar. 

• Assisting our COO and Finance Director with new advisor onboarding processes.

• Updating our intranet with partner updates, information, etc.

• Provide ongoing support to our COO and other duties assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

• No experience in travel industry necessary

• Strong organizational & time management skills

• Ability to juggle several projects at same time

• Strong research skills in the travel space 

• Strong calendar management skills
